Juyo LLC is a health and wellness application that provides personalized recommendations and insights based on user-provided data and AI-powered analysis. The App is currently in beta testing.

3. Beta Testing Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that:

  • The App is in a beta testing phase and may contain bugs or errors.

  • Features, functionality, and content may change without notice during the beta period.

  • Your feedback is valuable and may be used to improve the App.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All AI-generated responses, recommendations, and fitness plans provided by Juyo are part of our beta testing phase and are subject to ongoing study and refinement. These should not be considered as definitive medical advice or guaranteed health outcomes. Always consult with a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your health regimen.

5. User Accounts

  • You must be 18 years or older to use this App.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

  • You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Subscription and Trials

  • Juyo offers both free and paid subscription plans.

  • Paid plans are available on a monthly or yearly basis.

  • Yearly plan subscribers receive a 30-day free trial.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time, but we do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes.

  • Not interfere with or disrupt the App or servers.

  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Juyo AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. Standard violations that may result in termination include:

  • Violating any of these Terms

  • Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities

  • Attempting to interfere with the App's functionality or security

  • Sharing your account credentials with others

  • Repeatedly providing false or misleading information

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juyo AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
